The Vision

From day one, our vision has been to support a new & vibrant town centre in Canada Water as well as provide a response to the shift in workplace and economic conditions following Covid-19.

Canada Water Dockside will deliver:

Up to 10,000 long-term job opportunities

Activation of the ground floor with places to eat and drink

New community space

New health centre

New places to shop and pick up groceries

New places to sit and relax by the waterfront and in nature

New landscaping and greenery supporting the peninsula’s existing biodiversity

A new public route – ‘the Boulevard’ - taking you from Canada Water station to the emerging Printworks Park

New sporting activities up and down Maritime Street with our neighbours Decathlon

A design from internationally-acclaimed architects, Bjarke Ingels Group, replacing the industrial units that existing on the site now

Replacing the 40-storey residential scheme consented in 2013 designed long before the neighbouring British Land Masterplan

3,260 new cycle parking spaces with blue badge only car parking provision
