The site

Canada Water Dockside is the 4.5-acre site split in two by Surrey Quays Road. Both parts currently contain under-utilised car parking and warehouse buildings.

Our prime position, on the sunny side of the dock, will help contribute towards a new, vibrant town centre in the heart of Canada Water, delivering a forward-looking response to a shift in workplace aspirations following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our site neighbours, but is not part of, the 53-acre British Land Masterplan. We are working closely with British Land, Southwark Council, and the local community to produce a joined-up approach on matters such as maintenance, crime, and landscaping, which are often so often cited key priorities for residents.

The Team

In June 2020, Art-Invest Real Estate purchased the site from Notting Hill Genesis. We are working with a world-class team to deliver this exciting opportunity in partnership with the local community.
